Can I sign up for a wholesale account?
If you have a brand, Embellishment company or you’re looking to produce merchandise for any other reason, then you are liable for a wholesale account. Please hit the wholesale button at the top of our website and fill in the application form. Once accepted you will have access to our wholesale pricing structure and website.
Can I visit your showroom?
We cannot currently facilitate showroom visits.
Your Wholesale Nylon Tracksuits have become more expensive, why is this?
Due to the rise in cost of material, we have had to increase the pricing of our Nylon Tracksuits on our wholesale site. Please email info@blanksfactory.com if you wish to receive an updated price list.
Where are you based?
We are a UK based brand.
When are you receiving restocks?
We update our stock numbers on a weekly basis and get restocks sporadically. The best thing you can do is subscribe to a product on our retail site, sign up to our newsletter and our Instagram to be the first to know.
Can you produce custom colours or alter the garments to suit my needs?
We cannot alter or produce custom colours, we can only offer what is on our website.
Do you send out free samples?
If you are an embellishment company who are looking to have a selection of samples for your showroom for potential customers then please get in contact with us at info@blanksfactory.com and we will help you further.
Do you hold more stock?
Yes we do hold more stock of certain products. If you are looking to place a large order, please contact us at info@blanksfactory.com and we will help facilitate your order.
Why have i not received a order confirmation email?
Please be advised that order confirmation emails are only sent if the order has been placed successfully. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, it is likely that your order has not gone through. If you believe payment has been taken from your account, or that you may have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us at info@blanksfactory.com.
When will my order be dispatched?
We endeavour to ship items on the day they are ordered, but please allow 2-3 business days for processing as some orders can take longer than others due to availability. If we anticipate that your order will take slightly longer, we will contact you using the contact info you provided when making a purchase to make you aware of this. If you have any concerns about your lead time, please contact orders@blanksfactory.com.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, so if you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact orders@blanksfactory.com as soon as possible to avoid return charges. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order once it has been placed.
Can I get a refund on my order if I am not satisfied with my order?
All items must be returned within 10 days of the date the original order was received. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 10 days. Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Products that are printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated are non-returnable. Please also make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer, please ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip. Once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods. BLANKS FACTORY is not liable to contribute to any screen printing costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Please contact orders@blanksfactory.com before sending your parcel with the reason you wish to return your item, order ID and name of customer. All returned items must be received in the same condition as when sent. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility. We strongly advise that goods are returned tracked, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We will send an email when the goods have been received and you will also get a notification when your refund is processed.Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
