IF YOU’RE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO SEND IT BACK AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO RETURN UNDAMAGED/UNWORN GOODS, INCLUSIVE OF TAGS AND PACKAGING BACK TO THE PROVIDED ADDRESS AND ONLY UPON RECEIPT TO OUR WAREHOUSE CAN YOUR REFUND BE PROCESSED. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS. REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS TO PROCESS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. WHEN YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION EMAIL.

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOM FEES INCURRED FROM RETURNING ORDERS FROM THE EU.

IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM, WE WOULD NEED TO BE NOTIFIED AT ORDERS@BLANKSFACTORY.COM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSPECTION OF GOODS BEFORE CUSTOMISING. PRODUCTS THAT ARE PRINTED, WASHED, DYED, RELABELLED OR DECORATED ARE NON-RETURNABLE. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING ORDERS DIRECTLY TO YOUR PRINTER, PLEASE ENSURE THEY FOLLOW THE SAME POLICY. ONCE THE GOODS ARE PRINTED WE CANNOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF GOODS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO CONTRIBUTE TO ANY SCREEN PRINTING COSTS OR PAY FOR REPRINTING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

*ALL WHOLESALE RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE.
