Shipping & Returns
All shipping companies are experiencing a complicated transition period as the UK leaves the EU. All shipments to the EU may now be subject to customs fees upon entry. These fees may vary and are the customers responsibility. Please consider this before making your purchase.
We endeavour to ship items on the day they are ordered, if we anticipate that your order will take slightly longer, we will contact you using the contact info you provided when making a purchase to make you aware of this. If you have any concerns about your lead time please contact email@example.com.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipments will be sent and upon scanning of the labels a tracking number will be provided via the text or Email contact that you filled in upon checkout. Some larger orders may take slightly longer to ship due to stock consolidation that may need to take place. DPD is Blanks Factory’s preferred carrier.
International Shipping Policy
International shipments sent and upon scanning of the labels a tracking number will be provided via the text or Email contact that you filled in upon checkout. Some larger orders may take slightly longer to ship due to stock consolidation that may need to take place. DHL is Blanks Factory’s preferred international carrier.
If a shipment arrives and you are unhappy with the product you will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of a return within 14 days and then it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return undamaged/unworn goods back to the provide address and upon return a refund can be processed. Further information can be found below in the FAQs section.
Please note that we can only receive returns during normal office hours (Mon – Fri)

- (UK) = Standard Shipping (1 to 3 working days for Boxes up to 1kg) @ £5.49/box
- (UK) = Standard Shipping (1 to 3 working days for Boxes up to 1-5kg) @ £5.75/box
- (UK) = Standard Shipping (1 to 3 working days for Boxes up to 5-20kg) @ £8/box

Why Have I Not Received A Confirmation E-Mail?
Please be advised that order confirmation emails are only sent if the order has been placed successfully. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, it is likely that your order has not gone through. If you believe payment has been taken from your account, or that you may have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order be dispatched?
We endeavour to ship items on the day they are ordered, but please allow 2-3 business days for processing as some orders can take longer than others due to availability. If we anticipate that your order will take slightly longer, we will contact you using the contact info you provided when making a purchase to make you aware of this. If you have any concerns about your lead time, please contact email@example.com.
Can I Cancel/Change My Order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, so if you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to avoid return charges.
Can I get a refund on my order if I am not satisfied with my order?
All items must be returned within 10 days of the date the original order was received. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 10 days. Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Products that are printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated are non-returnable. Please also make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer, please ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip. Once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods. BLANKS FACTORY is not liable to contribute to any screen printing costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances.
How Do I Return My Order?
Please contact email@example.com before sending your parcel with the reason you wish to return your item, order ID and name of customer. All returned items must be received in the same condition as when sent. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility. We strongly advise that goods are returned tracked, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We will send an email when the goods have been received and you will also get a notification when your refund is processed.Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
Please make sure that you write down your order ID on the parcel or include it inside the parcel so we can ID the return upon arrival.
