WE USE DPD NEXT DAY SERVICE FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS AND DHL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PROVIDED ALONGSIDE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD AT CHECKOUT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ALL NEXT DAY DELIVERIES YOUR ORDER MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 1PM TO RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY (MON TO FRI). OUR NEXT DAY SERVICES DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID (DDU). THIS MEANS THAT ALL APPLICABLE TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES ARE OF THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. THESE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE CALCULATED COSTS AT CHECKOUT.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
ONCE GOODS ARE RECEIVED IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH QUALITY CHECK OF ALL ITEMS. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED PRIOR TO GARMENT MODIFICATIONS SUCH AS PRINTING, DYE, RELABELLING ETC.
