RETURNS

We advise reading the returns policy below before requesting a return.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns can be requested by logging into your customer account on our store.

Items must be returned at your own expense and must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your return for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear garments, including socks.

For international returns, we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred when returning items.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@blanksfactory.com within 14 days of delivery, including details and images where possible, and we will resolve this for you.


WHOLESALE RETURNS

Wholesale customers are responsible for inspecting goods before any customisation. Products that have been printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or otherwise altered are non-returnable.

If you are shipping items directly to a printer, please ensure they follow this policy. Once goods have been customised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges and are not liable for any associated production costs.

All wholesale returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the total order value.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
